Sober IS Fun on TV.

Two years ago our founder Martyn Davies sat down with ITV to discuss his plans for Sober IS Fun. The masterplan was to launch a completely Alcohol - Free Comedy Night in Essex.

The opening night in Chelmsford Essex saw around 30 people pack in the venue, to enjoy 3 Top Professional Comedians - Mark Dolan, Rich Wilson & Paul Pirie. The night was hailed a great success by customers and the comedians alike.

Fast forward to the later part of 2019 and the nights moved to The County Hotel Chelmsford, which saw an audience of 100 + pack in for the new venue launch. The next move was to find a venue in London to launch The London Alcohol -Free Comedy. The venue was found - The Fugitive Motel in Bethnal Green. After two successful shows there the pandemic struck, and wiped out all other dates…..

Plans are in place to launch back later in 2021, bigger and better than before…watch this space!
