Over the past seven years Martyn has spoken at numerous events & wellbeing days, sharing his wealth of knowledge to avoid to help inspire & motivate change in others.
Martyn has featured on ITV & BBC Radio , along with various national wellbeing campaigns

2024 has seen Martyn curate & host ‘A Healthy Dose of Humour ‘ , working in collaboration with Healthwatch Essex’s Fella’s Fair – the county’s leading Men’s Health and Wellbeing event.

His specialist style of work with others doesn’t go un-noticed, often being invited by the NHS to sit on working panels to create frameworks for the UK’s Alcohol & Drug services
This led Martyn to picking up awards, for his specialist style of working, holistic & person centered .
In 2025 Martyn takes on his biggest challenge yet, & is running The London Marathon for The Forward Trust. For more information & sponsorship click HERE

Having had a long fascinating career in the entertainments industry , Martyn shares his experiences openly about the period of his life in the early 90’s where he entered a extremely fast paced party lifestyle…..’ The Jilted Generation….’
Having got sober in 2018 , Martyn has gone on to help & inspire change in others….
Martyn says‘ I have lived a good life but alcohol & my lifestyle took its toll on me .
I'm extremely humbled to have been asked to share my lived experience to help others at various events & Wellbeing Days.
If i can help just one person not make the same mistakes as i did, then job done. Alcohol can cause havoc for some companies which results in a very low production workforce .
Its a real privilege to be asked to join various companies at conference training or wellbeing days.’
